Dr. Lefland was the first out of all the doctors I seen at Duke over the past two weeks that gained my trust. I allowed her to do a spinal tap after I swore I would never have one done ever again. I fell fast asleep and I'm happy to say she never woke me up. Now as long as she is the one doing the procedure I will never refuse having another one if ever needed. She also took me as a new patient which means the world to me considering I don't trust anyone. I feel safe and secure with her. After researching her credentials I was impressed even more with her knowledge and background in her field. I'm a simple person and she has the ability to step down to my Level communicating clearly her intentions and treatment plan. I feel very blessed she is my provider. I just wished I could remember more then I do now. Then again that's one of the reasons why I'm seeing her.
