After receiving treatment at a clinic in Buffalo and having an awful experience, my husband and I sought help from Dr Arroyo in Syracuse. We’ve been with Boston IVF since September, he and his staff are absolutely incredible. We never leave without a plan in place, he is very thorough, and his nurses are on top of their game. Never had an issue with insurance approvals or getting lab results (compared to the first practice we were with) and we were able to retrieve 9 mature eggs and have 5 embryos make it to be frozen. We meet again next week to develop a plan to transfer one at a time. I absolutely love this practice and am confident in the care we have received so far.
