‘The nicu. We are like 1 big family; you’ll get to know all of us.’ Those were the words I remembered when I was in the delivery room and delivered my daughter 4.5 months too early. Dr Castillo stayed true to his words; he loved us like family. When the unexpected came he never was afraid to tell us what was to be expected medically nor what our faith could do. He helped us understand each circumstance and welcomed any questions we had. One of the best nicu dr’s! We love our home nicu!
