I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Katchatryan and team. From the moment I was referred by a colleague, every step of the process was seamless and professional.Felisa at the front office was incredibly kind and efficient, ensuring that all my paperwork and insurance approvals were handled smoothly. I felt as though she was invested in me personally.Dr. Katchatryan himself was exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and always punctual. His professionalism and expertise immediately put me at ease.The surgery itself was outpatient, quick, and life-changing. The surgery center and team in Park City was amazing and attentive. He does more disc replacements than any other surgeon in Utah. Thanks to Dr. Katchatryan and his meticulous care, I feel like a new person. I never imagined I could feel this level of relief, and I owe it all to him and his outstanding team. If you are in need of a neck specialist, look no further. Dr. Katchatryan is truly the best in his field!
