Dr DeLeon has always been attentive to my concerns and issues. I would not trade him for any other doctor to treat my condition. His office is another matter. It is almost impossible to contact the office, they never answer their phones, never return calls, no matter the urgency. It took 2 MONTHS to get a referral for a CT scan. Repeated calls, messages, portal correspondence, cancelled appointments to force the issue. When they finally sent in the request, I received an appointment for my CT scan in 4 days. The office is nice to your face but are lackadaisical about, at least me, completing the Dr orders, referrals and patient contact. The office needs an overhaul to match the Dr's work ethic. The most lackadaisical office I have seen in my 72 years of experience. Maybe a new, hard driving manager is necessary.
