I found Dr Felts to be a good communicator. He takes the time to talk to you. He is sensible. Not a pushover, but willing to listen to my point of view also. Very good about referrals. Very good at answering emails promptly. I always got an answer by the end of day, if I emailed in am. Or by next afternoon, if I emailed at night His medical assistant is friendly and welcoming. I found Kaiser Permanente Washington easy to access for appointments, or talk to office, general help, consult nurse. Extremely good at prompt email answers Pharmacy easy to access and good refill times for clinics and mail order.
