I am six years out from having breast cancer. Dr Fraser was one of my doctors. He is the most kind, compassionate, calming, funny and hopeful medical professionals I’ve ever met. He deserves 10 stars. If you have cancer, he is your man. He takes all the time in the world he needs to with each and every patient. He is one in a million!
