He's no-nonsense, doesn't beat around the bush, and tells it like it is. He has a dry sense of humor that a lot of people don't understand, but I sure do and I think it's great. However, his no-nonsense bedside manner turns many people off which is why, I think, he doesn't have good reviews overall, but I want the truth as succinctly as possible. You will not get warm fuzzies from him but when it comes to my health and life I don't want warm fuzzies, I want the truth. That being said, his caring and compassion are obvious in his soothing tone of voice, his gentle eyes, and his body language.
