After a much troublesome experience 2 years ago with another, I was glad to find a new urologist who cares. I have had one procedure (so far) and most of his staff and esp PA Glenn have always been pleasant and helpful. I deduct 1 star though for his surgery scheduler - Ms. Davis keeps you hanging after many phone and email attempts - she seems to string patients along and does not keep her word with followups.
