I want to give a shout-out to Dr. Berry. She took the time to get my history (post-op nausea and vomiting) and made sure I was not only safe, but extremely comfortable waking up from a 7 hour abdominal surgery, ready to get moving and recover safely from my procedure. You don’t typically get to choose your anesthesiologist. I’m glad I was in such great hands.
