I did not find her to be personable or a good listener the first time plus she seemed very overwhelmed and was unprofessional looking. To other appointments and she completely turned it around. Very friendly, good listening, went into lots of detail, citing, relevant research studies and was amenable to ideas I had about how to treat my situation.. Asked personable questions . I’m glad I gave her another chance
