Dr Holder, this is donna kurten, you treated me for a couple of years at Methodist in Houston. I had scalp melanoma and you removed it along with some satellite bumps using man made herpes injections, I think the first one in Methodist, anyway I wanted to say I’m still here so you did good girl, I am the curly haired country patient, who always had a friend with me. If you ever come back to Houston, I would love to hug you, thanks, take care. You are amazing
