I really appreciated Dr Mertens very kind approach. I felt calm and relaxed as she was very kind to explain the process of the examination to me. Her exam was very thorough and not rushed. I felt very reassured after I left the appointment. Her assistant was also a very kind person. Goes a long way with this sort of exam. I highly recommend Dr. Ashley Merten.
