Patient Reviews
Mar 07, 2023
When I was 28 (25 years ago) I herniated the last disc at the bottom of my back and it fractured into 3 pieces. I had several doctors want to do surgery immediately. Dr. Ragoowansi explained how he was a good surgeon but if I could live with it, he had alternate ways to heal. So I spent about a year working through his treatment and physical therapy. I am now 53 and still have occasional issues which is expected, but nothing to prevent me from work or quality of life. As long as I use precautions and stay active I am fine. Wish I could say the same for many friends and family who keep going back under the knife.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
