Dr. Ahmad and her medical support team conducted my first routine colonoscopy and I was impressed with how efficient and organized the entire practice was. All of the staff were very busy in the GI suite when I was there, but everyone was positive, kind and compassionate. I could tell the staff was trying to keep up with all of the patients and GI procedures that day, but their professionalisms was exemplary. Dr. Ahmad had a good bedside manner before I was sedated and helped make me feel as comfortable as possible. I was a bit anxious about my first colonoscopy, but everything went smoothly for me thanks to the efficiency and skill of Dr. Ahmad and her team.
