I had an overjet and was also having trouble getting sleep because of clenching. I got my first good night's sleep the first day I started wearing my aligners. I don't know how it works but it does! I no longer wake up in the middle of the night due to clenching. I'm getting my retainers next week, and although this was a long process it was definitely worth the time. The cost is also very reasonable. Dr. Nikaeen is has great chair side manner, is never in a hurry, and knows how to calm any fears you may have. The office is modern, clean and the staff thoughtfully and caring.
