Patient Reviews
Feb 06, 2020
Dr. Kapila first saw my Mom when she was a patient at Duke Medical Center with severe symptoms from an unknown illness. Dr. Kapila and his team were able to diagnose her with Polymyalgia Rheumatica and start treatment. When Dr. Kapila joined the practice in Raleigh, NC, we chose to stay with him. He is an amazing doctor and truly cares for his patients. He is so accessible through Duke MyChart and quickly responds to questions. My mother is a new person thanks to him. We absolutely love him!!

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
