I switched ophthalmologists several years ago to Dr Blacklock. She told me this year that I was ready for cataract surgery. I completed it recently and am absolutely thrilled with the result. On the basis of her advice I selected the panoptics lens. It's incredible and I will no longer need to wear glasses for distance or for reading. Dr Blacklock called me the evening of the surgery to be certain that everything was okay. She is an extremely skilled surgeon, diagnostician, and a compassionate caregiver.
