Dr. Pheng is by far one of the best physicians I’ve had. He’s pleasant, caring, non-judgmental and shows interest in his patients. He was my doctor for many years at Kaiser and suddenly wasn’t anymore. Not sure what happened but I truly miss him as my primary care physician.
