Both my children ages 2 and 8 were under Dr Brown, now Dr Menchan's care. She is very personable. She investigates & addresses concerns when mentioned to her during an office visit. She always addressed me first then her patient if older. I loved that she would enter the room and immediately wash her hands prior to touching my children. Small things like that do not go unnoticed by me the parent.
