Visiting hospitals and not knowing what's wrong are always FRIGHTENING. From the beginning of your visit, Nurse Riz is always friendly and helpful is so many ways. I know it's difficult staying professional, maintaining that "serious/strict" atmosphere and working relationship, and being friendly at the same time, but Nurse Riz does her job well (beyond our expectations). We then get to Dr. Ching, and he is always ready to hear (and LISTEN) to all our medical woes, and then he takes his time to discuss his initial findings to ensure we fully understand the matter at hand; makes suggestions/recommendations; and then proceeds to what he can and will do, what tests are/will be needed, and then referrals when and where necessary. We haven't had any disappointments from our visits and calls. They are always ready to help each and every time we've called in with our various queries. THANK YOU Dr. Ching and Nurse Riz.
