The first comment on here must not be a patient of Dr Rush. I say that because I AM a woman and I could not have felt more respected. Dr Rush was not only kind, he was a Chatty Kathy (or Ken in his case). I really appreciated that. His constant communication throughout my procedure made me feel informed, as if I were more than just a body to poke and prod. Though he performed the procedure with a confidence that put me to ease, he was consistently making sure I wasn't in pain. Always smiles, too
