The time he spent in conversation with me was surprisingly not accompanied by any sense of hurry to move on to the next thing he had to do. I truly felt like he actually cared about me personally. My life, my feelings, my awareness of what was taking place, he seemed genuinely invested. He is also a very good teacher. He was able to take whatever 'space magic' highly technical terms and words used to explain my problem and my solution, and make everything clear and understandable. (Without making me feel like a dumb idiot.) He's great.
