Upon arriving I went up to the receptionist, who was very friendly and professional, and I was checked in. Within a few minutes I was called back to have my vitals checked as well as having my blood drawn. Again the nurse was friendly and professional and she asked me if I had questions or concerns. When I was finished the nurse escorted me to an examination room and told me that the doctor would be right in. I was there for a few minutes when Dr. Jacobs came in with the results in hand. We discussed what was going on with my blood and Dr. Jacobs answered several questions regarding my results. He also said it would be another day or two to get the results from blood that had to be processed elsewhere. About two days later I was contacted with the test results processed by the outsourced lab. Dr. Jacobs told me everything was within the normal range. I’ve been seeing Dr. Jacobs for two or three years now and I like working with him, he doesn’t talk over me and he explains what is going
