I had my first appt. with Dr. Jensen's clinic yesterday. When I walked in, the receptionist was smiling and welcoming and the atmosphere was warm and cozy. I immediately felt comfortable there. The dental hygienist talked me through everything she was doing and answered my many questions. She could tell that I had become self-conscious about the state my teeth were in after skipping dental visits for three years. She handed me a mirror after the cleaning, and I couldn't believe my eyes. My teeth were white again!! The x-ray tech was very patient with me too. She sprayed an anesthetic in my mouth and x-rays were smooth sailing after that. Dr. Jensen came in and introduced himself and did an exam. He is so nice, made me feel comfortable, and answered all my questions. He worked with the hygienist to come up with a detailed treatment plan in order of priority that included pricing and gave me a printout. I'm excited to get started working with Ben and his team towards a perfect smile.
