He is kind and wise. He does not really retain info you shared from last meeting so that's a bit rough. It makes it emotional. My case is unique and the world of psychiatry when dually diagnosed is tricky. I am 27 years sober so I have to be out of my head... but then you go into that type of appt and you are talking about yourself... He goes with his gut there is 0 evaluation. That is the evaluation. I do think it depends on what you say you want as well. I don't feel 100% comfortable with our meetings.. unfort. but I am doing my best to work through it. He will answer appropriate emails and give a courtesy call but hard to get a hold of and only works M, and Friday at UCLA B H.
