Dr, Chang is absolutely the most talented, kindest and compassionate plastic surgeon you will find anywhere. I had a double mastectomy over 30 years ago and have had at least 15 surgeries for reconstruction and revisions, with many problems and 4 previous plastic surgeons. The results when Dr Chang operated literally brought me to tears. For the first time since I had the original surgery, I didn't feel disfigured. Please understand that I had been cared for by some of the top reconstructive surgeons in the DC area, prior to Dr. Chang. There was absolutely NO comparison in results. His staff is great and very kind and attentative. Never will I use anyone else for any plastic surgery, reconstructive or cosmetic. Dr. Chang is a gem.
