He is the most amazing person, man, doctor and surgeon! He loves and truly cares about his patients! He greets you with smiles and hugs. It's an ABSOLUTE shame he is leaving Mercy hospital!! Not sure why I think I have an idea of why but I'm not going to start any trouble! God bless you Dr. Rocha!!
