Initially, I was not impressed with her bedside manner. She came into the exam room, very little eye contact and began typing into the computer while asking me questions. At one point, I became tearful. She immediately stopped typing and turned to look at me with tears in her eyes. I realized she was human at that point. She provided a very clear explanation about my symptoms and put me at ease. I was thankful the encounter became more positive after my initial impression. I believe she is very bright and a qualified physician. She should probably look at her approach so she's not dismissed by patients.
