Had my first appt. with Dr. Rao and he was very nice and took time to answer all my questions. I did not feel rushed unlike so many doctors now and he seemed genuinely concerned about my well being. I have not had my procedure yet, but will update my review once I do. Nobody likes going to the GI doctor, but he makes it as pleasant as possible.
