I would like to very highly recommend Dr. Tiner of Alamo Maxillofacial Surgical Associates. I was initially told by my ENT in another town that I would have to have surgery to remove a wisdom tooth that had migrated into my sinus cavity with a cyst around it. My ENT said I would definitely have permanent numbing of my face on one side, which scared me a lot. I had a second opinion by another ENT in San Antonio, who sent me to Dr. Tiner for this surgery. I could tell by my research, that Dr. Tiner had an impressive resume and experience so I decided to have him do the surgery. He didn't guarantee me of no numbing, but said it would be temporary, if any. My surgery went very well with no problems and NO NUMBING WHATSOEVER!! I am so happy and thankful that Dr. Tiner and his staff are so caring and informative, and that Dr. Tiner was able to achieve the surgery without harming the nerve in my face!!! I highly recommend Dr. Tiner and Alamo Maxillofacial Surgical.
