While traveling through Indiana in May 2017, I suffered a heart attack, my second one apparently, as I was mis-diagnosed a few days prior at a hospital in Columbus, IN and suffered a heart attack there. Upon entering the ER at Goshen Hospital, I was immediately seen by Dr Macphail. He rushed me onto the cath lab and inserted a stent into my LAD (aka “the widowmaker”), which was 99% blocked. He saved my life, literally. Today I am doing well and continuing with my regular checkups with my cardiologist in Florida.
