The visit with Dr Ngu was very good and he seem to care and felt he was the right fit and someone you could trust, but the office staff is the biggest problem not send the authorization request for surgery to the right department at the insurance, they email the authorization for surgery , when it should have been sent via fax or the insurance portal. and kept telling me they would call when they get authorization, and no one thought why is it taking so long to get authorization, when it takes 14days for standard and urgent 72 hrs, this needed to be fix because it seems they do not care about the patient and pain they are in.
