I've been seeing Dr. Mines for my knee and he was very good at explaining what he thought was wrong, was patient, and listened to everything I had to say. He diagnosed me with patellar tendinitis and focused on giving me physical therapy, which helped initially, but then I my pain and issues began to worsen. In my next visit, he felt the issue was still the same and recommended that I see another PT and go with a different approach with the exercises, but also mentioned that I could get an MRI done. I did appreciate how he offered the next step solutions. I said that I preferred to get an MRI done. I'm glad I did, as it turns out I have a lateral torn meniscus and possible medial torn meniscus. In his next step, he referred me to Dr. X. Overall, I've had a pretty great experience with Dr. Mines.
