Dr. Phillips is a compassionate doctor who is truly concerned about giving his patients the very best care. He's knowledgeable and will answer all of your questions. Have you ever felt rushed with the doctor, like he didn't have time to talk and answer your questions? I have, but NOT with Dr. Phillips. His new office is located behind CFVH and is beautifully decorated. His receptionist is so friendly and helpful. If you need an eye doctor or need one who will truly listen and care about your treatment, you will not be disappointed in Dr. Brandon Phillips.
