Dr. Matti is extremely knowledgeable, concerned and caring. And I am by no means an easy patient. She is extremely busy, but her staff will always get back to you and get you connected. Keep in mind, she deals with meds that can be dangerous, misused, but her priority is keeping her patients well and with improved quality of life, but demanding meds and a 5 min response not correct approach- if you actually listen to her when she explains needed course of action and do your homework, you will understand that she knows exactly what she is doing. It would probably be easier for her to just shut people up and prescribe requested opiates or whatever but that is no solution. If you hear her out, you will ultimately benefit. She knows what she is doing. If you are looking for a pill mill doctor, she’s not your girl. If you are looking for a trusted advisor and a doctor who will listen to your concerns and work with you on your best care plan, she’s an excellent choice.
