Loved this guy. Went to emergency room, he diagnosed diverticulitis, got IV antibiotics, felt good about the whole experience. What I liked most about him was the feeling he knew what he was doing. Competence. When I’m hurting, I want someone who focuses on the problem and provides a solution. He did. Could not ask for more.
