I have had increasing problems with my lower back for the last few years. I thought I was going to need fusion, but Dr. Pennicooke recommended trying a laminectomy, which he warned might not do much for pain, but should improve my function and was less likely to cause more problems itself down the road. I IMMEDIATELY felt my left foot better, curling toes and such. And I haven't had any pain, either, although it's only been a month and I've been taking it easy. Still, I am very impressed with him and his team and would recommend them unreservedly.
