Dr. Rowan reviewed my xrays as they were done. I went to another hospital when the accident happened no records sent. I requested a second opinion on my left pinky and he definitely found it was indeed broken. I have been scheduled for surgery just 4 days from the first visit with him. He was kind, compassionate, and had a sense of humor.
