Based on initial meetings with two different surgeons for lung cancer (I am a non-smoker), I selected Dr. Whang because he discussed in depth a myriad of considerations for a successful surgery as pertinent to my case. Along with this detailed evaluation, he exudes a positive and confident attitude, and performs these operations almost every single day. He performed a lung surgery on me. He follows up on the welfare of patient following surgery, to evaluate the recovery and healing process. He gets an A+ in my book.
