From the second we walked in, the waiting room was crazy and overcrowded. After waiting hours for a room, I was fortunate to be seen by Dr. Bales who listened to my concerns and seemed genuinely invested in my care. Great bedside manner and incredibly knowledgeable. Turned around my ER experience.
