Went in for emergency surgery at KRMC and was so scared and so upset. The nurses were not listening to me.!!!! Met Dr. Williams in the pre-op who introduce himself as my anesthesiologist. He was professional. a clear communicator and :so down to earth in his approach. He made me feel safe in a time in my life when I scared out of my wits! I hope KRMC hires more docs with the competence and bedside manners of Dr. Williams.
