Dr. Fukushima is an absolute blessing. There’s no better way to describe the entire process. I underwent my first-ever surgery a few months ago after repeatedly dislocating my shoulder over the years. From the start, Dr. Fukushima explained how everything would go smoothly, and he was highly effective at communicating what would happen during the surgery. He was professional and respectful throughout the entire process.I understand my experience is probably in the minority, but I felt no pain at any point, neither during or after the surgery. I experienced some tightness, mainly during the first week of recovery, but never any pain. I didn’t need pain meds, ibuprofen, or anything else aside from water and food. I did physical therapy for a short period before they deemed me as not needing it anymore. They said my shoulder felt solid and that my movement was great. They even commented on how excellent a job Dr. Fukushima had done. Dr. Fukushima’s experience is shown in his work!
