I have trusted Southside Family Practice, specifically with Dr. Horn, with not only my health but with my kids and now my grandkids health for over 20 years and have ALWAYS received outstanding care! The staff is caring and attentive and Dr. Horn takes time to listen and address our needs. His primary focus is always what is best for us medically not what is best for the insurance company and he has fought for us more than once to make sure that we receive the best care possible.
