Great experience with Dr. Kung. He was kind enough to see me on his lunch break for a sudden hearing loss that developed just hours earlier. He made me feel at ease as I described my condition . He gently examined my ear with a microscope and reassured me that my hearing would return after he painlessly removed ear wax with the aid of tiny tools under the microscope. What a relief!!! Everything about this experience was excellent. This is what medical care is like in a perfect world. Thanks Dr. Kung
