Assisted Mattingly with my colectomy and followed up with me in the hospital for days afterward while Mattingly was on vacation and then prescribed me my medication that I needed at discharge including something that my family doctor would normally be expected to prescribe as this was occurring around Christmas and many doctors were covering for other doctors. He did a very good job of managing my pain as well and being on call and checking on me everyday.
