Dr. Herod has so far surpassed my expectations. I called his office about a question. I expected one of his staff to return my call, but instead he called me personally and fully answered my questions. I then scheduled an first time appointment with him. He spent an entire 1 1/2 hours with me during my appointment and even did the cleaning himself. His staff was efficient about getting previous records and even with the referral for the Oral Surgeon. I also got a very nice hand written note from him after the visit welcoming me to his practice. After years with just so-so treatment from other dentist, it has been very refreshing to finally find a dentist that takes time with his patients and personally cares for the whole person. Really all doctors should be like this but we get so accustomed to poor treatment that all other dentist I have ever had pale in comparison to him. I have found my dentist at last and would highly recommend him to all friends, family and strangers alike.
