Dr. Pickle has always listened and taken care of my concerns. I am not delighted with his office staff, years ago I entered the office right after my son was killed. They greeted me warmly, which was fine and then pursued in how they thought that day was better than most, I said not for me. I could hear them continuing their laughter while having my teeth cleaned. Finally, I started crying and told the technician I had just lost a son. She quickly informed them and their mood became more somber, although no one said 'I'm sorry'.Recently I changed my phone number and knew I was due for another cleaning, I called and they said they had been trying to reach me, I told them that my phone number had changed, but not my address.
