My mother’s provider left the practice she was in, so she scheduled an annual appointment with Dr. Hitchner. Mama is 75 years old, and for the past 3 years has gone through a lot of strange health issues, which nobody has been able to sort out. She has probably seen at least a dozen different doctors and specialists. Dr. Hitchner was the first to actually READ HER CHART before her appointment. She came in ready to discuss all the issues and asked questions about everything that happened. She has created a plan to manage all Mama’s issues and helped her through a new injury. She stays on top of the ‘big picture’, keeping up with surgeries, specialist visits, etc. in addition to managing her long term care. Dr. H is so caring, compassionate and very invested in taking care of my mother. Everyone in her office has treated us wonderfully and bent over backwards a few times to get diagnostics that she needed done in a timely manner. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. H! LOVE her!
