I had been off work with an injury, and as usually after almost a year the Work Comp Carrier (Sedgewick) was giving me the run around regarding my "Permanant Disability Rating", since I had surgery, this is a cash payout based on the level of the injury as stationary. Every time I thought I was finished with it all they kept coming up with another hoop, the final one put me in a most difficult situation as they wanted me to find another Dr. to examine me and confirm their disability. Yeah right, like I am going to find some strange Dr. and after all this stuff agree to see me. Since my wife had been going to Dr. Welch, I decided to try her. I liked her from going with my wife to her app'ts. They agreed to see me and gave me an appointment with her, which was such a relief. When I saw her, we hit it off right away and she was professional, honest, and down to earth. I think she is awesome. So, if you need a work comp Dr. I don't anyone as great as she was to me. Great Doctor. A++++++
